To promote Tourism and to work in close association with the State Government’s efforts to develope Tourism industry to serve the interests of the state and the People

To interact with Foreign travel agencies, Tourism Promotion agencies, with specfic importance on dissemination of information on Tourism Potential of the State

To collect and disseminate information of tourism within India and abroad and to educate its members to develpe strategies to tap the potential in such a way as to strengthen and contribute to the Economic and Employment development of the State .

To Study and collect satistics on arrival of Tourists in India, their  place of orgin, spending habits, interests and develope strategies to include  the state of Kerala also as one of their destinations

To undertake tourism promotion in India and abroad and to do all acts to achieve this including publications, visits, seminars etc.

To engage in and to continue activities to promote Tourism Industry of the state , and also the economic growth and employment avenues in the state

To undertake consultations for tourism promotion, to identify opportunities and bottle necks and to evolve strategies to remove the bottlenecks

To dessiminate information on the activities of the society in the sphere of Tourism and Information Technology

To help, encourage and promote cultural social and such other festivals connecting with Tourism Promotion activities.

To address the Problems relating to Tourism Trade and Information Technology Development and to work with the concerned authorities for solving such issues.

To enlighten the Government about the positive and negative aspects of the policies followed and to propose ways to counter the negative effects , if any,

To establish, manage or assist in the establishment or management of any other association or company whose objects are similar to those of the Society.

To enter into any agreement or agreements with such organisation, society or company and to get affilation or to grant affilation.

To open and operate bank accounts in any Bank or Banks in India and to operate it in accordance with the decision of the Managing Committee.

To raise funds for carrying out the affairs of the society through donation, subscription, rent, fees , advertisements, gifts, benefit  shows, grants, loans etc.

To acquire by purchase, gift or otherwise any movable or immovable properties, rights, interests or tiles therein.

To invest the surplus funds that may be available with  the  society in bank deposits or other Government securities.

To receive hold and possess any property including securities of any kind and to construct and maintain any building.

To start institutions for providing training in information technology, to conduct courses on the subject, and to engage in any trade or industry in relation with information Technology.
