The mangement of the society shall vest in the Manging Committee. The founder members shall be  the permanent members of the Managing Committee . Additional members of the managing committee shall be elected  by the General Body once in 3 yrs at the ratio 1 for every 100 members . The committee shall manage the affairs of the society in accordance with the Rules and Regulations. The Managing committee shall consist a president , a Secretary a treasurer and 4 members.

1. President : The President shall preside over the meetings and control the proceedings of the meeting.
   In the absence of the President , one of the members may be deputed to preside over that meeting.
2. Secretary : The Secretary shall be the chief Executive of the Society. He Shall be responsible to control all the affairs and functioning of the Society. All the correspondences shall be made by the Secretary.
   All properties may be purchased in the name of the Secretary and he shall possess, hold and control all such properties.
   The Secretary shall be the Custodian of all records and books. He Shall use and be used for and on behalf of the Society.The Secretary is entitled to spent upto Rs. 5000/-  in connection with the day today affairs of the society, Expenses beyond the above limit shall be met only with prior sanction of the Managing Committee.
3. Treasure : The Treasurer shall keep the accounts of the society diliently. All receipts shall be issued by the Treasurer
4. Quorum :  A minimum of 4 shall be necessary to constitute the Quorum
